What's Actually on the Menu
Bandera's happy hour, daily from 3–6 PM, centers on saké cocktails at $5 and saké sangria pitchers at $20. That's the core of it — there isn't a parallel cocktail list running alongside it the way there is at Stone Oak and La Cantera.
Why It's Set Up This Way
Bandera was Bakudan's third location, opening in February 2023, and it's the only one of the three with a dedicated saké bar instead of a full cocktail program. If you're specifically after saké — not just a drink to go with dinner, but saké as the point of the visit — Bandera is where that's built into the experience rather than being one option among many.
Same Ramen, Different Bar
Nothing about the food changes here. The full ramen and starters menu is the same as Stone Oak and La Cantera — Garlic Tonkotsu, Spicy Umami Miso, Vegetarian, and everything else. It's specifically the drink program that's different, and specifically during that 3–6 PM window that it matters.
