Stone Oak and La Cantera are the two Bakudan locations with a full bar program — cocktails, wine, and beer, on top of the same saké options available everywhere. Bandera runs a saké-focused bar instead. Here's what the full program actually includes at these two locations.
Cocktails
Both Stone Oak and La Cantera carry a full cocktail list, available any time the location is open — not limited to happy hour, though happy hour (daily 3–6 PM) does bring specific pricing on cocktails at both locations.
Wine
A wine list is available at both locations alongside the cocktail menu, for anyone who'd rather order a glass than a mixed drink.
Beer
Both draft and bottled or canned beer options are on the menu at Stone Oak and La Cantera, in addition to the cocktail and wine lists.
Saké Is Still Here Too
Even though Stone Oak and La Cantera aren't built around saké the way Bandera is, they still carry a saké list — it's just one part of a broader bar program rather than the centerpiece.
How This Differs From Bandera
Bandera doesn't run this full cocktail, wine, and beer program — it's built around a dedicated saké bar instead, with saké cocktails and saké sangria pitchers as the focus. If a full bar list matters to your plans, Stone Oak or La Cantera is where to go; if saké specifically is the draw, Bandera is set up around that instead.
